The CH Exclusive Sicily Tour is a free information platform and it does not constitute an intermediary channel and the owner assumes no responsibility for the services offered, whose proposal, organizational and economic management remains entirely in the hands of the proposing tour operators.
Therefore, complaints of any sort must be addressed to the specific proposing tour operator to whom all the rights and legal obligations consequent to the sale of the tourist service will correspond.
THE PRE-AUTHORIZATION
The platform CH Exclusive Sicily Tour provides an immediate confirmation of the tourist service chosen through a credit card pre-authorization, a temporary block of funds equal to the value of the chosen tourist service without any withdrawal or user charge.
The pre-authorization, performed by the owner of the platform on behalf of the proposing tour operator, does not in any way constitute a payment or an advance payment for the chosen tourist service, but only a guarantee for the tour operator in the case of cancellation of the service requested.
THE PAYMENT OF TOURIST SERVICE
The payment of the tourist service chosen will not be processed in any way by the platform, but will be entirely and directly made by the proposing tour operator, which is responsible for all the related rights and legal obligations, including the collection and accounting of the guarantee in case of cancellation of the service requested.
THE RELEASE OF PRE-AUTHORIZZATION
After the enjoyment and payment of the tourist service with the proposing tour operator, the pre-authorization will be immediately unlocked and the funds previously retained a guarantee with the pre-authorization will be released.
It generally takes 72 hours from the cancellation before the blocked funds can be available again on the credit card. Depending on the different lending institutions, this can take longer.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE REQUEST
In case of cancellation of the tourist service request by the user, the CH Exclusive Sicily Tour, on behalf of the proposing tour operator, will be entitled to definitively retain the amount blocked as a guarantee with the pre-authorization
In matters of practise and procedure not expressely provided for this regulation, please refer to the rules of italian civil code and the laws in force on the metter.
